Bulk Billing
From 1 November 2025
Ballina West Medical Centre will become a fully bulk billing practice for all patients with a current Medicare card.

Long Consultation
Up to 30 minutes
Multiple or complex issues.
Prolonged Consultation
40+ minutes
Comprehensive reviews and complex care planning.
