Your health information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We collect personal and health information necessary to provide you with safe, high quality medical care. This may include your name, contact details, Medicare number, medical history, medications, allergies and family history.
Your information is used to provide care and is only disclosed with your consent, to other treating practitioners involved in your care, or where required or authorised by law.
Records are held securely in electronic and paper form, with access limited to authorised staff. Our systems are protected by passwords, encryption and physical security measures.
You may request access to, or a transfer of, your medical records. Requests must be made in writing and an administrative fee may apply.
